Confirmation Texts/Emails

As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. We will call to confirm your service one to two days prior to your appointment and you will receive an email or text  confirmation. We confirm 24 to 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if you need to cancel or reschedule.
 

Cancellation Policy

We love having you as our client and greatly appreciate your support of our business and talented team.  Please notify us in advance if you need to cancel so that we can accommodate you without a charge. Cancellations of all appointments require 48 hour notice.  If this agreement is not met, you will be charged for 50% of your total service.  A no-show will result in an 100% charge for your total service.
 

Credit Card Policy

We require a credit card to be on file for clients to reserve your appointment. The credit card number will be encrypted by our point of sale provider and will not be accessible by any Craig Piatti Salon employee or owner. The credit card will not be charged unless you fail to give 24 hour notice or fail to show up at the time of appointment. You will be notified at the time of the missed appointment of any charges you will be receiving.


Late Guests

We understand “life happens”. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call us! (512) 382-7271. We strive to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Tardiness greater than 15 minutes may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.
 

Children

In order to provide a relaxing environment for all guests in the salon and for the safety of your child we do not allow children to be unattended. No children will be allowed on the service floor while a parent is receiving a service. There are chemicals and sharp objects that could be a potential hazard to your child. A child who can sit quietly while unsupervised may wait in the reception area while a parent is enjoying our services.  If your child is disruptive, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment. Children are welcome to receive services in our salon, but they must be able to sit still while receiving a service in order to avoid injury.


CLIENT SATISFACTION

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please contact the salon within 24 hours so we  can schedule a correction service. The correction service must be scheduled within 7 days of your original appointment date to avoid a separate charge.
 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you are unhappy with any products purchased at our salon,  you may make an exchange withing 7 days of the original purchase date.


PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy we will never sell or offer your personal information to anyone.


Alcohol

We provide a variety of selections including wine, bourbon, sodas, coffee, tea and sparkling water. We ask that no outside alcohol be brought into the salon and none taken outside the salon at any time. To insure the safety of our staff and clients, we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated or under the influence.
